WEST COLUMBIA, SC – The vote is in. The result? Eight winners in 1 school district!
Lexington Two received 8 education awards in The Lexington County Chronicle’s annual Best of Lexington contest.
Winners, selected by voters in the county-wide contest, were publicly announced at a July 18 reception, with Superintendent Dr. Brenda Hafner and winners attending.
Lexington Two’s winners are:
-Best Elementary School: Springdale Elementary
-Best Middle School: Cyril B. Busbee Creative Arts Academy
-Best School Administrator: Springdale Principal Annette Ariail
-Best School Teacher: Springdale’s Alie Brantly
-Best High School Coach-Men's Sports: Airport's Casey Bradwell
-Best High School Coach-Women's Sports: Airport's Keith Morris (repeat winner)
-Best Adult Education Program: Lexington 2 and 4 Adult Education (repeat winner)
