Lexington Two honors its Teachers of the Year

WEST COLUMBIA, SC – Lexington Two is recognizing its school-level and district Teachers of the Year.  During a reception Thursday, teachers received engraved glass apples and financial awards, while Lexington Two’s District Teacher of the Year Anne Reamer received the $1,000 Mary Meech Mungo District Teacher of the Year Award, given by the Mungo Foundation in memory of Mary Meech Mungo, who herself was a longtime public school educator in Columbia. Also this month, Lexington Two’s Teachers of the Year will be featured on different billboards in the district.

Riverbank Elementary School Teacher of the Year: Jennifer Davis

Saluda River Academy of the Arts Teacher of the Year: Melissa Drew

Springdale Elementary School Teacher of the Year: Kathlyn Kyzer
